This privacy policy sets out all the information that is collected from you when you use our website or software, and explains how it is used.

When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous website traffic data (such as the number of visits and clicks made to each page of the website).  We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.  No personal information is shared with Google through the use of Google Analytics on our website.  You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

When you contact us, we may collect personal information from you (such as your name, email address, IP address, browser user agent string, and any other identifying information you provide) so that it is possible for us to respond to your request.  This information is only used to respond to your request.

We use Google Recaptcha to protect our website contact form from spam. The Google Privacy Policy applies to your use of Google Recaptcha.

When you visit our website, we may use cookies.  Necessary cookies are required for our website to function properly.  Optional cookies are not used without your consent.  The following cookies may be stored through your use of our website:

D. Information collected through your use of the Microsoft Store

If you use the Microsoft Store to browse, download, install, update, rate, or review our software, Microsoft will collect personal data from you. They may also collect information on your use of our software, such as the number of times and for how long you used the software, and details of any crashes or hangs. The Microsoft Conditions of Sale, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement explains what personal data is collected from you and how it is used. Some of the information Microsoft collects is provided to us in an anonymised form which does not contain personal information. We use this information to help us improve our software.

2. Storage of information

All personal information we collect is stored securely on servers and devices located solely within the United Kingdom.

3. Transfer of information

We will never transfer your personal information to third parties except when required to do so under UK law.

4. Retention of information

We will only retain your personal information whilst it is needed for the purposes set out in Section 1.

You have the right to request access, update, or erasure of any information we have about you. You can do this by contacting us. In order to comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity.
