Full uninstallation of My Family TreePrint button

The My Family Tree installation package removes all files which were created during the original install of the software.  However, after uninstallation, a number of additional files and folders created during the use of My Family Tree will still remain. We have provided the following information to help you remove these files from your system once My Family Tree has been uninstalled.

Steps

1. Open File Explorer and navigate to "%localappdata%".

2. Delete only the folders "My Family Tree" and "Chronoplex_Software".

 

Repairing a corrupt installer state

Rarely, it may not be possible to uninstall My Family Tree.  Use the following Microsoft tool to correct this.
Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed.
