Data Grids
The data grids are designed for bulk editing items without the need to switch views. There are several customisation options which can be used to configure the view.
Show or hide columns
To view or hide columns in the view, right-click
over the data table area and select additional columns from the menu
list. Column headers can be dragged to reorder and clicked to sort.
To clear the sort, hold down 
whilst clicking the column
header. You can sort on multiple columns by holding down 
.
Reorder columns
Column headers can be dragged to reorder and clicked to sort.
Sort columns
Column headers can be clicked to sort.
To clear the sort, hold down whilst clicking the column
header. You can sort on multiple columns by holding the down the
Shift key.
Selecting multiple rows
Multiple rows can be selected in some data grids
by holding down whilst selecting the row.
Deleting rows
To delete a row, click the 
button and select the delete item.
Export the view
You can export the current view to a CSV (comma
separated values) file which can be opened and edited in any
spreadsheet software. To export a CSV file, click the
button and select "Export CSV…".
